A new free social network app #koko works to help people with #depression and #anxiety. It was developed by people at MIT and the creator calls it 'crowdsourced wellbeing'. It's kind of like CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) for your phone, and the best part is it can help those who have trouble accessing health services.
